Youngevity Product Description

Magnesium is one of the most important minerals to human health.

It is involved in more than 300 enzyme systems within the human body and requirements increase with age. It plays a major role in bone health, with more than fifty percent of total body stores of magnesium found in bone tissue.

It is in most foods, but is found mostly in green leafy vegetables. The USDA says we aren't getting enough fruits and vegetables in our diet. Refined foods, which comprise most of our diet, generally have the lowest magnesium content.

Just one capsule of Ultimate Osteo-Mag provides 200 mg of magnesium plus many other important nutrients to support bone and overall health.

DIRECTIONS:   Take one tablet, twice daily

Firstly, this is not a major calcium product, lest you misunderstand.  It has calcium, with pantothenate, but primarily, it's a calcium enhancer product. It is a Magnesium and vitamin product heavy on Thiamin, B6 and B12.  I like that.

It IS designed to help our bodies do something quite difficult -- absorb calcium.

We need about 1,200 mg of calcium daily, a huge amount, compared with other minerls.

Moreover, calcium is Difficult for the body to absorb. So nearly all humans are Calcium-Deficient.

I'm not. I take plenty of Osteo-Fx or Cal-Mag 100.

BUT, I enhance my absorption with Ultimate Osteo-Mag.  Magnesium is extremely important in some 300 enzyme systems.

Father had a magnesium absorption problem and would nearly go into a stupor while typing his books and articles, until Mother would bring him some dolemite supplements, and he'd snap right out of it. So I've always been careful to get enough.

I remember when I was 76 and then when I was 77 on Easter weekends.  I took 9 amateur kite fliers to Hillside Park to teach them how to fly the "crashy" Revolution kites I own.  Expensive kites, very hardy, and tough to keep in the air.

They mostly stood still but I was running all over the soccer field relaunching kite after kite.  After about      2-1/2 hours, most were winding up their lines and seeking park benches, begging me to go home.  So we did.  Then we repeated the next day, Saturday.

I figured I'd be crazy-sore for a week, but NO.  Not a twinge. They, however were all too hurting to resume.

Back when I was a fit fighter pilot for the USAF, I'd go skiing and be barely moving the next Monday.

I wasn't taking calcium supplements back then. That's the reason.  Muscles, including heart and lungs, crave and can't get enough calcium.

Three days ago, at age 80, (6' and 180#) I tripped and took a scary fall at Rite-Aid.  Today, no pain, no broken bones.  Sure scared the store manager though, until I told him I was not going to file any claims. I asked for some ointment for my multiple minor wounds, and today, you can't see them!

Three days.

It's the Calcium, not the ointment, and it's the Osteo-Mag.

Otherwise, a fall like I took, could be fatal at my age.
